Manufacturing Technician – CNC Turn Mill

About the role

Responsible for setup, operation and monitoring of CNC Turn Mill machines to manufacture high‑precision Husky stack components while meeting safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets. Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Turn Mill machines.
• Load tools, fixtures and set offsets.
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Perform first‑off and in‑process inspections.
• Monitor machining performance and quality.
• Troubleshoot tooling and machining issues.
• Record production and downtime data.
• Maintain 5S, Lean and EHS compliance.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience in CNC Turn Mill operation.
• Experience in tool making, precision components or automotive manufacturing.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.

Required skills

• CNC Turning/Turn Mill operation.
• Knowledge of 5S and GD&T standards.
• Use of mechanical and electrical gauges (movable and fixed).
• Basic problem‑solving on CNC turning machines.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
