About the role
The Manufacturing Shift Operator will join Team B on the Fab 25 line, ensuring smooth daily production during assigned shifts. The role focuses on maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out daily shift production activities and meet productivity targets.
- Follow defined product quality standards and process specifications.
- Apply EHS guidelines to guarantee a safe workplace.
- Calibrate machines before the start of each production run.
- Perform regular checks, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Inspect machinery using appropriate tools to detect issues.
- Hand over equipment and shift information to the next operator.
Required profile
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and handle shift handovers.
- Understanding of safety and quality procedures.
- Attention to detail for equipment calibration and inspection.
