Manufacturing Planning Engineer – Industrial Cylinder Value Stream

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Planning Engineer to lead the Industrial Cylinder value stream at our Sanand plant. You will coordinate production and material plans, ensuring efficient delivery of hydraulic components.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing plans for the industrial cylinder product line.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability of components.
• Collaborate with production, procurement and quality teams to meet schedule targets.
• Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3‑4 years of experience in manufacturing or material planning, preferably in the hydraulics or industrial equipment sector.

Required skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting manufacturing drawings.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP (or similar ERP) for production planning.
