Manufacturing Engineer – Drive Productivity & Lean Excellence

About the role

Join Bosch Rexroth India as a Manufacturing Engineer and play a key part in enhancing productivity and quality on the shop floor. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on lean manufacturing, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive productivity and reduce rework using Lean tools.
• Ensure workplace safety, quality norms, and process controls.
• Conduct time‑and‑motion studies and cycle‑time analysis.
• Implement PFMEA, control plans, and risk‑mitigation actions.
• Improve layout, material flow, machine utilization, and ergonomics.
• Guarantee first‑time‑right execution based on approved drawings and BOM.
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards and participate in QHSE audits.
• Prepare daily/weekly production plans aligned with project timelines.
• Participate in BPS activities and coordinate RPP projects.

Required profile

• B.E. Mechanical engineering.
• 3–6 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
