Mansion Upkeep Ambassador

About the role

The Mansion Upkeep Ambassador ensures that guest areas and rooms are maintained to the highest luxury standards. Working closely with the housekeeping team, you will provide seamless service that anticipates and exceeds guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas according to established standards and procedures.
• Replenish guest supplies and organise daily equipment, chemicals and personal tools.
• Collect room allocations and keys, keep shift worksheets up‑to‑date, and secure key sign‑outs.
• Communicate important guest information (e.g., sick guest, pet in‑house) to relevant staff.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and coordinate with supervisors or other talent as required.
• Report any damage, malfunction, or unusual behaviour in rooms or public areas to the supervisor.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality, and complete daily productivity and room status reports.
• Attend briefings, meetings and training sessions; handle lost‑and‑found items and guest complaints.
• Perform valet services such as linen delivery and laundry processing when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Post‑secondary education or relevant qualification in Hotel Management.
• Fluent oral and written English.
