Manhattan WMS Consultant

About the role

As part of the Infosys consulting team, you will work closely with clients to diagnose supply‑chain issues, design innovative solutions and drive successful deployment of Manhattan Warehouse Management and Order Management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements, develop proposals and provide input on solution design.
• Plan and execute configuration activities, conduct conference‑room pilots and resolve design queries.
• Deliver product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concept workshops and prepare effort estimates aligned with budgetary constraints.
• Lead small‑scale projects and contribute to unit‑level initiatives to deliver high‑quality, value‑adding solutions.

Required profile

• Strong ability to create value‑driving strategies and models for client growth.
• Good knowledge of software configuration management systems and awareness of latest technology trends.
• Logical thinking, problem‑solving skills and collaborative mindset.
• Understanding of financial processes, project pricing models and ability to assess and improve existing processes.
• Industry domain knowledge in supply‑chain or logistics, client‑facing and project management experience.
