Manager Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for our technology and product teams. You will shape the hiring strategy, build a data-driven recruiting engine and ensure a great candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the full recruiting lifecycle, from job description creation to offer extension and candidate closure.
• Develop and implement a talent-acquisition-driven engine that reduces time-to-hire and adds value for business stakeholders.
• Partner with business unit leaders to prioritize hiring needs and keep them informed of progress.
• Drive market intelligence, talent mapping, and employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and track engagement metrics.
• Conduct regular sync-ups with stakeholders to provide status updates.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience building high-performance tech and product teams, preferably in e-commerce or tech startups.
• Proven ability to leverage social media for sourcing engineering, product, and design roles.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience running talent-acquisition programs such as hackathons and tech talks.
• Prior startup hiring experience is a plus.
