Manager Talent Acquisition & Academy

About the role

The Manager Talent Acquisition & Academy will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for frontline and support positions within a high‑volume aviation ground‑handling environment. You will partner with hiring managers, external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant and quality hires that support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for frontline, support and corporate aviation roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, aviation institutes, referrals and social media platforms.
• Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, background checks and security clearances in line with aviation regulations.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, update hiring status and generate basic reports using ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with external recruitment partners to meet volume hiring targets.
• Support the Head of Talent Acquisition with stakeholder reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume aviation or bulk corporate recruitment.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulatory requirements, background checks and security clearances.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting tools.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques across job portals, social media and industry networks.
• Knowledge of aviation industry hiring practices and compliance standards.
