About the role
Bank of America’s Global Business Services in India is seeking a Manager to lead the validation of strategies and data, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. The role focuses on implementing and monitoring line strategies, updating monitoring routines, and supporting model development within the ILA framework.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the SPRUCE initial line strategy, including pre‑ and post‑install testing.
- Support ILA Gen 2 model development in alignment with Low & Grow strategy.
- Launch new testing initiatives in ILA and manage the LENS tool to identify segmentation improvements.
- Monitor performance of strategy changes and ensure new products are placed in appropriate tiers.
- Act as a secondary analyst for exposure‑management strategy, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions.
Required profile
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
