Manager Space Sector – Government

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic thinker with strong project delivery experience and a passion for the space sector. The Manager will lead end‑to‑end consulting projects for government and private clients in India and internationally, working within a fast‑growing space industry practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of client projects covering strategy, market intelligence and transaction advisory.
• Own project execution, including timelines, deliverables, quality control and stakeholder management.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with government institutions, private companies and investors across the Indian and global space ecosystem.
• Support business development through proposal writing, client pitches and account growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with global Novaspace teams for seamless cross‑border execution.
• Develop and mentor junior team members and contribute to building local delivery capabilities.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years of professional experience, combining management consulting or advisory work with direct exposure to the space/satellite industry.
• Proven track record of independently managing project delivery and leading teams of 2‑5 members.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
