Manager / Senior Manager – Credit Control & Finance Operations

About the role

The Finance Operations team is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead credit control and accounts receivable activities for a client with exposure to the London market. The role is based in Noida and requires on‑site presence while supporting US shift schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute process and business‑level goals to meet performance metrics and service level agreements.
• Oversee daily, monthly and periodic processing of client requirements, handling escalations and ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide coaching, feedback and performance improvement for team members.
• Identify transformation opportunities, coordinate stakeholder execution and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct fortnightly and monthly governance calls with key stakeholders.
• Maintain broker relationships, addressing payment, commission and debt queries.
• Ensure compliance with process SLAs and client voice‑of‑customer expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounts receivable, finance or accounting.
• Strong experience in the London market and credit control.
• Ability to work on‑site in Noida and adapt to US shift timings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• B.Com (Pass/Hons), M.Com or any finance‑related graduate.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of credit management, cash allocation, debt management, collections and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite, especially MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook.
