About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Artist Sales & Bookings Manager with 7‑10 years of experience to drive revenue through corporate events, weddings, and branded projects. The ideal candidate brings a strong network of event agencies, corporate clients, and wedding planners, and thrives in a fast‑paced, artist‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Generate sales and close bookings for artists across corporate, wedding, and branded IPs.
- Leverage existing relationships with agencies and corporate clients to expand market presence.
- Pitch artists, negotiate fees, and finalize contracts with professionalism.
- Coordinate with internal teams on calendars, technical riders, and logistics.
- Manage the full booking cycle from pitch to payment and post‑event feedback.
- Work with legal and finance to ensure contracts, invoices, and compliance are accurate.
- Provide exceptional client service to secure repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, fee structures, and competitor offerings.
Required profile
- 7‑10 years in artist bookings, business development, or client servicing within live entertainment or events.
- Extensive network with agencies, corporates, wedding planners, and promoters.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and contract management abilities.
- Sales‑driven mindset with a proactive, go‑getter attitude.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
