Manager SAP FICO / Central Finance

About the role

PwC is looking for a Manager to lead SAP FICO and Central Finance projects in Kolkata. The role combines strategic consulting with hands‑on implementation of SAP finance solutions for a range of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP FICO / Central Finance implementations, including rollout and post‑go‑live support.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Coach and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Analyse complex business problems and translate them into actionable SAP configurations.
• Use data and insights to inform recommendations and decision‑making.
• Address sub‑standard work and ensure delivery meets PwC and client quality standards.
• Stay abreast of global finance trends and incorporate them into client solutions.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and professional standards.

Required profile

• Minimum one full‑life‑cycle SAP implementation (S/4 HANA preferred or ECC 6.0).
• 1‑2 years of domain experience as an SAP FICO functional consultant.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and resolve issues that affect team performance.
