Manager – Project Management, Strategy & Governance Advisory

About the role

PWC is looking for a Manager to lead project management, strategy and governance advisory initiatives in Bengaluru. The role focuses on delivering large‑scale programmes, managing risk and ensuring robust governance across multiple cyber‑security projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale, cross‑functional projects and define execution plans.
• Prepare and maintain project governance artefacts and resource plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, vendor and risk management for programmes.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery following the full SDLC (Plan, Design, Build, Test, Deploy).
• Manage business‑as‑usual (BAU) and change‑management initiatives.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Handle programmes with budgets exceeding 2 million INR.

Required profile

• 5+ years of overall experience with a focus on program/portfolio management.
• Strong communication skills and a solid educational background.
• 4–5 years of application development experience.
• Proven experience managing BAU projects and change‑management activities.
• Demonstrated ability to work with global stakeholders for reputable organisations.
• Experience in end‑to‑end project management, including budgeting and vendor coordination.
