Manager – Millwork & Countertops Division

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager for the Millwork & Countertops Division to lead project management, technical coordination, and operational functions for hospitality, residential, and multifamily construction projects. The role involves overseeing shop drawing review, fabrication coordination, and delivery of custom cabinetry, countertops, and furniture packages.

Key responsibilities

• Review and coordinate shop drawings for millwork, cabinetry, countertops, and custom furniture, ensuring accuracy of dimensions, materials, hardware, joinery, and installation details.
• Identify constructability issues, redline drawings, and manage revisions with stakeholders to support smooth transition from design approval to production.
• Manage projects from estimation and design coordination through production and delivery, monitoring schedules, approvals, procurement timelines, and fabrication milestones.
• Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and revision logs, ensuring projects meet budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with fabricators, manufacturers, and suppliers, reviewing quotations and technical submissions, and resolving technical, quality, and scope‑related issues.
• Lead and mentor project coordinators, estimators, and technical review teams, establishing and improving workflows and SOPs.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and consultants, participating in coordination meetings and providing value‑engineering recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Furniture Design, Construction Management or a related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in millwork, cabinetry & joinery, countertops/stone fabrication, custom furniture manufacturing, or interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong experience reviewing and coordinating shop drawings, preferably on hospitality, residential, or multifamily projects.
• International project coordination experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Experience with Bluebeam, SketchUp, Cabinet Vision, Microvellum or similar software.
• Knowledge of laminates, veneers, quartz, granite, and solid surface materials.
