About the role

We are looking for a Brand Manager responsible for the Cardiology and Anti‑Diabetes portfolio. The role will drive brand strategy, launch new products and increase market share while ensuring profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans, including internal and external analysis, strategic design, tactics, and investment allocation.
• Identify key market issues and opportunities to shape growth strategies for the assigned portfolio.
• Lead new product launches and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely market entry.
• Monitor brand performance, manage budgets, and ensure campaigns stay within financial constraints.
• Train and support the sales team on brand plan execution and organize conferences and related initiatives.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to enhance online brand presence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand or product management within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working in a multinational environment is preferred.
