Manager – Investigation & Dispute Quantum Analysis

About the role

We are seeking a Manager to lead our Investigation & Dispute practice within the Fraud, Investigations and Regulatory Enforcement (FIRE) services. The role will be based in major Indian cities and will focus on delivering quantum analysis and claim management for financial and construction disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed quantum analysis for financial claims such as loss of profits, business interruption, breach of contract and other damages.
• Perform comprehensive financial and economic analysis, assessing statements, forecasts and market trends to support dispute resolution.
• Prepare and defend financial claims, collaborating closely with legal teams to develop resolution strategies.
• Lead construction quantum analysis, including loss and expense claims, prolongation costs and disruption claims.
• Execute delay analysis using industry‑standard methodologies and produce expert reports.
• Manage claim documentation and provide expert testimony as required.

Required profile

• 7 to 11 years of relevant experience in investigation, claim management or financial analysis.
• B.Tech degree is mandatory; CA or MBA preferred for financial quantum roles.
• For construction quantum, a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Professional certification in delay analysis, construction law or arbitration is advantageous.
