Manager – Inventory & Supply Chain (Global E‑commerce)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, analytical professional to lead inventory planning, demand forecasting, stock replenishment and international logistics for our fast‑growing global e‑commerce business. The role serves as the central link between head office, marketplace platforms (Amazon, TikTok Shop), warehouses, logistics partners and finance, ensuring the right inventory is available at the right place and time.

Key responsibilities

• Own SKU‑level inventory planning across all global e‑commerce markets, maintaining optimal stock levels for Amazon, TikTok Shop, D2C and overseas warehouses.
• Forecast marketplace demand using historical sales, seasonality, promotional calendars and new product launches, translating forecasts into replenishment plans.
• Monitor daily stock positions, identify potential stock‑outs, excess or ageing inventory and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage end‑to‑end movement of inventory from Dubai to UK/EU warehouses, coordinating air and sea shipments to balance availability, cost and lead‑time.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs agents, 3PLs and warehouse partners to ensure smooth customs clearance and timely deliveries.
• Track forecast accuracy, inventory health and logistics/payment closures, continuously improving processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inventory planning and supply chain management within an e‑commerce environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate sales data into accurate demand forecasts.
• Experience working with major marketplace platforms such as Amazon and TikTok Shop.
• Knowledge of international freight logistics, including air and sea transportation, customs procedures and 3PL coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interface with cross‑functional teams.
