Manager, Internal Communications

About the role

Google is seeking a Manager for its Internal Communications team. You will partner with executives and cross‑functional partners to design and deliver strategic employee communications that reflect Google’s culture and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication plans and executive messaging across multiple formats (presentations, talking points, change communications, social posts, speeches).
• Collaborate with PR, policy, legal, HR, operations, and Go‑to‑Market teams to ensure consistent, aligned messaging.
• Lead country‑level events, leveraging Google products and AI tools to create engaging experiences.
• Synthesize information from diverse sources into clear, concise narratives for employees in India and global audiences.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to articulate Google’s opportunities and initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in internal and executive communications, preferably with technology products or services.
• Minimum 4 years of people‑management or team‑leadership experience.
• Proven ability to communicate via email, scripts, and internal presentations.
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple levels and functions.
