Manager, Franchise Innovation

About the role

The Manager, Franchise Innovation will play a critical role in shaping the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Mastercard's Data Integrity and Transaction Reports product portfolio within the My Company Performance platform. This high‑impact individual contributor role partners across product, engineering, operations, customer experience and franchise teams to improve data quality, customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, strategy and roadmap for Data Integrity and Reports capabilities.
• Lead product management activities, including requirements gathering, prioritisation, release planning and adoption strategies.
• Own roadmap planning, backlog prioritisation, feature definition and product lifecycle management across the Data Integrity portfolio.
• Drive initiatives from concept through launch, adoption and optimisation, managing dependencies, risks and stakeholder alignment.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in Product Management, Platform Product Management, Data Products or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex cross‑functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong ability to define product visions, roadmaps, business cases and prioritisation frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.
• Experience partnering with Engineering teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data‑driven decision making.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, operational workflows or data‑intensive platforms.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management, including presenting to senior leadership.
• Self‑starter with bias for action and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.
