Manager, Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner Manager works closely with the plant manager and leadership team to drive key initiatives, support decision‑making with data, and maximize returns on investment. This role ensures accurate planning, forecasting, and analysis of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive financial performance (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, ROIC).
• Partner with the Plant Manager for monthly financial reviews and accurate revenue/margin forecasting.
• Analyze results, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide finance decision support and ad‑hoc analysis to stakeholders.
• Oversee annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, highlighting gaps early.
• Identify performance trends, recommend actions to improve product volumes and profitability.
• Lead initiatives to reduce working capital and maximize operating cash flow.
• Prepare and analyze capital appropriation requests to optimize investments.
• Participate as a key member of the Leadership Team and travel as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CMA and/or MBA preferred.
• 10 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• US GAAP experience and background in multinational companies.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience in operational finance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft platforms (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using integrated ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) tools.
