Manager, Enterprise Technical Systems

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Regional IT Manager for the APAC region to lead its Enterprise Technical Systems within the Productivity Engineering Operations organization. The role combines hands‑on technical leadership with people management to enhance the employee technical support experience across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations across the region, including end‑user support, hardware provisioning, asset management, ITAD, print services, and event support.
• Develop, implement, and maintain regional IT policies and standards aligned with corporate governance.
• Collaborate with Security, Facilities, Workplace, Finance, and HR to plan office expansions, moves, and remodels with minimal disruption.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of regional IT professionals, handling performance management and career growth.
• Provide escalation support and technical guidance to both full‑time and contracted staff for complex issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing IT operations in a distributed, multinational environment.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high‑performing teams.
• Ability to design scalable support solutions and drive transformation in enterprise IT.
