Manager - eCommerce Marketing

About the role

The Manager – eCommerce Marketing will lead the marketing strategy for Colgate‑Palmolive’s key eCommerce accounts in India. You will be responsible for strengthening the brand presence across online shopper journeys by planning and executing performance‑driven media and content initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own account‑specific media strategies across search, merchandising and display platforms.
• Manage media investments, set ROI/RoAS targets and continuously optimise spend to meet category goals.
• Generate insights through experiments and test‑and‑learn cycles, applying learnings to improve platform performance.
• Create and optimise A+ content, product images, titles, descriptions, reviews and ratings to boost organic conversion.
• Deploy integrated paid, earned and shared media solutions to grow brand visibility.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers on joint business planning and platform business ownership.
• Design playbooks for new product launches and promotional events, aligning performance and content tactics.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing eCommerce media budgets and campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track and improve ROI metrics.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams and account partners.
