Manager – Data & Modeling

About the role

The Data & Modeling team within Global Business Services is looking for a Manager to lead complex analysis and analytical product development. This senior position will shape data‑driven decision making across Global Operations, ensuring data integrity, model governance, and actionable insights at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of analytical solutions that minimize loss exposure and improve the customer experience.
• Own the analytics roadmap, establish governance and quality standards, and influence enterprise policy and segmentation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate advanced analytics, forecasting, and control frameworks into operational processes.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of data excellence and operational transparency.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst or Developer in a large, data‑intensive environment.
• Strong track record of leading end‑to‑end analytical projects and driving operational improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value.
