Manager, Customer Development – Front Line Marketing

About the role

The Manager, Customer Development – Front Line Marketing will lead portfolio strategy, annual business planning and customer engagement for CMG channels. This role bridges brand priorities with channel execution, ensuring alignment across budgets, calendars and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Translate category growth strategies into channel‑specific portfolio execution plans for CMG channels.
• Lead the integrated CMG calendar, aligning brand priorities, trade windows, channel plans and budget ownership.
• Own end‑to‑end Joint Business Planning (JBP) for key CMG accounts, including ideation, budgeting, prioritisation and FY calendar finalisation.
• Drive VDATE closures, managing top‑line budget alignment, KAM sign‑offs, program summaries and post‑program performance reporting.
• Build customised selling stories and pitch decks for customer‑facing presentations and lead bottler/customer connect sessions.
• Develop and execute shopper‑marketing programs in partnership with CMG KAMs, managing creative development across channels.
• Track brand and program performance, conduct ROI analysis and build analytics frameworks linking category growth metrics to channel KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience within the TCCC system.
• Highly proficient in business analytics and comfortable working with data.
• MBA from a top‑tier business school is preferred.
• Strong collaboration skills across internal teams (Connections, Activation, CE, R&D) and external agencies.
• Ability to influence subject‑matter experts and drive integrated marketing strategies.
