Manager - Client Partner (Enterprise Accounts)

About the role

LeadSquared is seeking a Manager – Client Partner to own and grow relationships with strategic enterprise customers in the BFSI sector. This high‑impact position blends customer success, account management, and revenue ownership, acting as a trusted advisor to drive renewals, expansion, and long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise/strategic accounts with end‑to‑end responsibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
• Drive customer success outcomes, including adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
• Own renewals, upsell, and cross‑sell revenue targets.
• Partner with customers to understand business goals and align LeadSquared solutions.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive‑level discussions.
• Identify growth opportunities and create account expansion strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless experience.
• Act as an escalation point for critical accounts and ensure timely resolution.
• Track account health, usage metrics, and business KPIs.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in Client Partner or Account Management roles.
• Proven SaaS background with a track record of managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, especially engaging CXOs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into SaaS solutions.
• Data‑driven approach to account management and decision‑making.
