About the role

The Management Trainee – Real Estate Sales program offers a structured pathway from entry‑level to mid‑level leadership, combining hands‑on property sales execution with core business training. Candidates will work on‑site, engaging directly with clients and partners while developing a solid foundation in real‑estate sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full pre‑sales and direct sales cycle, from handling inbound leads to conducting property tours and closing deals.
• Collaborate with channel partners and brokers to expand the distribution network and support relationship‑building activities.
• Maintain daily and weekly lead allocation, update CRM data, and prepare MIS reports to track conversion metrics.
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA, preferably with a focus on sales or marketing.
• Strong communication, active listening, and negotiation abilities.
• High energy, ownership mindset, and resilience in a fast‑paced target environment.
