Management Trainee - CA Fresher/Finalist

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Management Trainee position in Noida supports D2C Ecommerce’s finance and accounts operations. The role is designed for CA Fresher or CA Finalist candidates and includes a six‑month on‑the‑job training period.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, ledger entries, and invoice processing.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and ITR returns, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Assist with internal, statutory, and tax audits as well as audit preparation.
• Manage purchase orders, purchase invoices, and related financial documentation.
• Support financial reporting, analysis, and preparation of statutory filings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, commerce, accounting or a related field.
• CA Fresher or pursuing CA Finals with completed Articleship.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, analytical and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Office management and accounts handling.
• Basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of Tally or Zoho Books.
• Experience with GST filing, TDS filing and ITR filing.

What we offer

• Six‑month training with a fixed stipend (INR 25,000/month for qualified CAs or INR 15,000/month for CA Finals candidates) plus performance‑based bonus.
• Potential conversion to a full‑time Assistant Manager – Finance and Accounts role with CTC up to 13.5 LPA (including ESOPs) for qualified candidates.
• ESOPs plan worth up to INR 24 Lacs over four years for high‑performing trainees.
