Managed Print Services Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Managed Print Services (MPS) Procurement Specialist to drive purchasing and vendor coordination for printer hardware, consumables and related services across multiple countries. The role blends procurement fundamentals with vendor management to ensure timely delivery, contract compliance and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Raise and manage purchase requisitions and orders for printers, multifunction devices, accessories and consumables.
• Coordinate quotations and procurement activities with approved MPS vendors and OEMs such as HP, Xerox, Canon, Ricoh, Lexmark and Epson.
• Validate pricing, commercial terms and contract compliance before order placement.
• Track the full procurement lifecycle from request to delivery and invoice reconciliation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and MPS suppliers, monitoring order status and vendor performance.
• Maintain contract repositories, support renewals and ensure compliance with legal, finance and procurement teams.
• Support hardware refresh programs, deployment schedules and asset lifecycle management.
• Generate spend reports, monitor KPIs and uphold procurement policies and audit requirements.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, supply chain or IT hardware purchasing.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive communication skills.

Required skills

• Good understanding of procurement and purchasing processes.
• Familiarity with Managed Print Services operations and printer lifecycle management.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
