About the role

Tessmotech Private Limited is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Technician to join its manufacturing facility in Ernakulam. The role focuses on ensuring production equipment operates reliably through routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on production machinery.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Document all maintenance activities and repair actions.
• Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives within the plant.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and equipment documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving capability.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Ernakulam and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
