Maintenance Support Engineer – CNC & Automation

About the role

The Maintenance Support Engineer will assist the die design and manufacturing cell by ensuring the reliability and uptime of CNC machines, vacuum furnaces, and automation systems. The role focuses on preventive and breakdown maintenance, documentation, and spare‑parts management to keep production running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced CNC machines, conventional machines, vacuum furnaces, and auxiliary equipment such as compressors, chillers, EOT cranes, and HVAC.
• Diagnose breakdowns, implement corrective actions, and follow up to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, calibration logs, PM checklists, and e‑permit documentation.
• Track and manage critical spare parts inventory to avoid downtime.
• Coordinate with OEMs for AMC visits, breakdown support, and scheduled preventive maintenance.

Required profile

• Technical background in mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.
• Experience with industrial equipment maintenance, preferably in a production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
