Maintenance Service Technician

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Maintenance Service Technician to join our on‑site team in Bengaluru South. You will be responsible for routine and corrective maintenance across residential properties, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for tenants and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned properties to perform inspections, minor repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Respond promptly to service requests, diagnose mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues, and carry out on‑site troubleshooting.
• Document completed work, update work orders and coordinate with the property‑management team when specialised support is needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment, follow safety procedures and uphold quality standards.
• Provide courteous customer service to tenants and landlords.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field service or property maintenance, preferably in residential settings.
• Physical ability to lift, bend and work for extended periods on‑site.
• Relevant vocational training, technical certification or trade qualification in maintenance or a related field (advantageous).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
