Maintenance Operative

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on Maintenance Operative to support both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of properties. You will work closely with clients, tenants, contractors and the wider team to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks across residential and commercial properties.
• Support scheduled (planned) maintenance programmes and respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with clients, tenants and external contractors to coordinate work and minimise disruption.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used and safety checks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company quality standards.
