About the role
We are seeking a reliable, multi‑skilled Maintenance Operative to support the upkeep of our residential and commercial properties across London and Surrey. The role involves both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring that all work meets Penn Contracting’s high standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs on a variety of building systems.
- Carry out minor electrical tasks, plumbing repairs, carpentry work and general building fixes.
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests from tenants and site managers.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Represent Penn Contracting professionally on all sites.
Required profile
- Reliable and proactive with a strong work ethic.
- Multi‑skilled and able to handle a range of maintenance tasks.
- Pride in delivering high‑quality workmanship and leaving a clean, safe environment.
