Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Manager will ensure maximum availability, reliability and efficiency of plant machinery, equipment and utilities through preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance. The role drives TPM, continuous improvement and leads a team of maintenance professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance on all plant equipment and machinery.
• Manage tooling inventory and provide company‑level maintenance data.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Implement and maintain quality systems and deliver quality‑related training.
• Finalize technical specifications for machining and equipment.
• Participate in new projects and equipment installations, ensuring proper housekeeping and a safe working environment.
• Initiate corrective and preventive actions for product, process or quality non‑conformities.
• Member of the APQP team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10‑12 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Hands‑on experience with CNC machines and expertise in Fanuc and Siemens control systems.
• Strong background in core maintenance and grinding machines, project management and machine installation.
• Team management experience (4 direct reports).
