About the role
We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer / Specialist to lead shift handling, breakdown resolution and predictive maintenance across our production lines. The role combines root‑cause analysis, CAPA implementation and close collaboration with production, safety and engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Handle shift activities, breakdowns and shift reporting.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis, implement CAPA and proactive maintenance approaches.
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimise downtime.
- Monitor and report maintenance KPIs and performance metrics.
- Ensure timely, high‑quality repairs of equipment and infrastructure.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
- Coordinate with production, safety and engineering teams for seamless operations.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
- Supervise, train and mentor maintenance staff and contractors.
Required profile
- Mechatronics B.Tech degree.
- 4‑7 years of relevant experience.
