Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all equipment and tooling operate reliably and efficiently. This role focuses on developing and maintaining procedures, standards, and plans that support continuous improvement of maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Write and maintain up‑to‑date maintenance procedures, work standards, and preventive maintenance plans.
• Act to improve the reliability of equipment and tooling across the entity.
• Implement and improve ERIM deployment and usage.
• Act proactively for successful implementation and added‑value use of CMMS SAP PM.
• Participate in smooth and efficient integration of new equipment.
• Act to improve maintenance effectiveness and efficiency of the organization.

Required profile

• Experience in maintenance engineering or related industrial maintenance functions.
• Proactive attitude toward reliability improvement and process optimisation.
• Ability to work on integration projects for new equipment.
