Junior Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Executive)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support the maintenance team in developing and maintaining procedures, standards and preventive maintenance plans. The role focuses on improving equipment reliability and efficiency through effective use of CMMS tools.

Key responsibilities

• Write and keep up‑to‑date maintenance procedures, work standards and preventive maintenance plans.
• Act to improve the reliability of equipment and tooling.
• Implement and enhance ERIM deployment and usage.
• Proactively ensure successful implementation and added‑value use of the CMMS SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) system.
• Participate in the smooth and efficient integration of new equipment.
• Drive improvements in maintenance effectiveness and efficiency across the entity.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional with a focus on electrical maintenance.
• Strong analytical mindset and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) – CMMS experience.
• ERIM tool implementation and usage.
• Development of maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance planning.
