Maintenance Engineer (Injection Moulding)

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer specialized in injection moulding to join our Solan facility. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on keeping our moulding machines running smoothly to support production of plastic components for home appliances.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on injection moulding machines and related equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults, carry out repairs and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor equipment performance, keep accurate maintenance records and coordinate with production teams to minimise downtime.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects aimed at machine reliability and safety.
• Evaluate spare‑part requirements, liaise with vendors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• Experience in a plastic injection moulding or similar manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals and maintain clear documentation.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Willingness to work in shifts, respond to urgent breakdowns and collaborate closely with production staff.
