Maintenance Engineer – Electrical Machine Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead electrical maintenance of production machines at our Sanand facility. The role focuses on ensuring maximum machine uptime, supporting smooth operations, and driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair motors, PLCs, VFDs, drives, sensors, and control panels.
• Identify root causes of machine failures and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and adhere to TPM, 5S, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with production and cross‑functional teams to schedule and execute maintenance activities.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech (Electrical) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing, consumer durables, refrigeration, washing machines, or air‑conditioner production.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
