Machine Operator / Welder

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Machine Operators and Welders. The position supports sheet‑metal fabrication, machine operation and general production activities in a fast‑paced shop environment. You will work closely with other operators to keep the production line running smoothly and meet daily output targets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a range of machinery including laser cutting, CNC punching, MIG/TIG welding and powder‑coating equipment.
• Set up machines, load material, read basic work orders and ensure correct parameters are applied.
• Assist with material handling, component assembly and daily shop‑floor tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning and minor troubleshooting of equipment.
• Maintain product quality by inspecting work, following standard procedures and adhering to strict safety standards.

Required profile

• Educational background such as ITI, diploma or vocational training (TIS or equivalent) preferred.
• Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic technical knowledge, eagerness to learn, ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
