Machine Assembly Technician – Bengaluru

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Machine Assembly Technician to join our Bengaluru facility. You will be responsible for building and fitting mechanical components of automated packaging machines, ensuring each unit meets our quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and sub‑assemblies according to technical drawings, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Use hand tools and power tools to fit, fasten, align, and secure parts.
• Perform soldering tasks where required.
• Inspect completed assemblies for defects, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and coordinate with supervisors to resolve them.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to company safety and quality procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum technical or vocational education (ITI, diploma or equivalent) preferred.
• Prior experience in machine assembly, production, or maintenance in a factory or workshop is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Bengaluru and follow industrial safety rules.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively to meet production targets.
