About the role

We are seeking an experienced M&A Attorney to join a global finance leader on a contractual basis. Working remotely, you will provide legal expertise for mergers and acquisitions, helping clients navigate complex transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on M&A transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
• Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and develop transaction strategies.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams such as finance, operations, and management to ensure seamless execution.
• Stay current on changes in relevant laws and regulations, advising on compliance and risk management.

Required profile

• Strong background in corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
• Experience advising clients in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
