Luxury Villa & Glamping Butler

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Butler to provide an exceptional, personalized experience for high‑net‑worth guests staying at our luxury villas and glamping tents. The role combines formal hospitality service with seamless coordination of indoor and outdoor amenities.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage personalized check‑ins, acting as the single point of contact throughout their stay.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest preferences regarding dietary needs, climate settings, itineraries, and special requests.
• Coordinate food and beverage service with the F&B team, including formal dining, private campfires, outdoor barbecues, and wine service.
• Maintain star‑level cleanliness and presentation standards for villa rooms and glamping tents at all times.
• Assist in organizing leisure activities, local excursions around Hyderabad, private gatherings, and intimate outdoor events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or private service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as the primary guest liaison.
• Flexibility to work varied hours according to guest schedules.
