Loss Prevention Executive

About the role

The Loss Prevention Executive is responsible for safeguarding the property, its guests, and assets within the Hospitality District of New Delhi. This full‑time, onsite position involves proactive patrols, emergency response, and strict adherence to safety and security protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and assist guests with access.
• Conduct emergency drills, daily safety inspections, investigations, and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured zones.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS when needed.
• Prepare accurate incident reports while maintaining confidentiality.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Support management in training, coaching, and upholding the Open Door Policy.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or run for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb unaided (75 lb with assistance).
• Strong observational skills and the capacity to read small print and visual cues.
• Professional appearance, clear communication, and a commitment to confidentiality.
• Physical fitness to respond quickly to emergencies and security incidents.
