Loss Prevention Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Loss Prevention Executive to safeguard our property and ensure the safety of guests and employees. The role involves patrolling, monitoring security systems, and responding to emergencies while maintaining high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and control access to restricted zones.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document entry to secured areas.
• Conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations, and key‑control audits.
• Assist guests and employees during emergencies, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, maintain confidentiality, and handle complaints or disturbances.
• Escort unwelcome persons, enforce alcoholic beverage control laws, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support management in training, coaching, and promoting a fair‑treatment culture.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, run and lift objects up to 50 lb (assistance for heavier items).
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond quickly to incidents.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating CCTV and alarm monitoring systems.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Experience with key‑control and access‑authorization procedures.
