Loss Prevention Executive

About the role

The Loss Prevention Executive is responsible for safeguarding the property, guests, and employees by monitoring security systems, conducting inspections, and responding to emergencies. This full‑time, onsite position ensures a safe environment while maintaining compliance with safety and alcohol regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms and control access to restricted zones.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems, authorising and documenting entry to secured areas.
• Conduct daily hazard and safety inspections, emergency‑response drills and investigations.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS when required.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, maintain confidentiality and release information only to authorised personnel.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Assist management with employee training, coaching and uphold the Open Door Policy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in loss prevention, security or related field.
• Ability to act quickly in emergency situations and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
• Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
