Loss Prevention Executive

About the role

The Loss Prevention Executive is responsible for safeguarding the property, its guests, and assets through proactive patrols, security monitoring, and rapid response to incidents. This full‑time position requires a vigilant presence on site and the ability to handle emergencies with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and control access to restricted zones.
• Monitor CCTV systems and alarm panels, documenting any irregularities.
• Conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, and investigations.
• Perform key control audits and manage access authorizations.
• Assist guests and employees during emergencies, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS.
• Prepare accurate incident reports while maintaining confidentiality.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Support management in training, coaching, and upholding the company’s Fair Treatment policy.

Required profile

• Strong observational skills and ability to react quickly in high‑pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, or run for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb unaided.
• Professional appearance and adherence to company policies.
