Loss Prevention Executive

About the role

The Loss Prevention Executive is responsible for safeguarding the property, its guests, and assets. This role involves proactive patrols, monitoring security systems, and responding to emergencies to ensure a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and assist guests with room access.
• Conduct emergency response drills, daily safety inspections, investigations, and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured areas.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS when needed.
• Gather information, complete incident reports, and maintain confidentiality of all documents.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Assist management with employee training, motivation, and coaching while upholding company policies.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, run, and lift objects up to 50 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
