Loss Prevention Associate

About the role

The Loss Prevention Associate is responsible for safeguarding the property, assets, and guests by investigating incidents, handling complaints, and ensuring a secure environment. This full‑time position works on‑site in the Hospitality District of New Delhi.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct investigations and gather evidence related to theft, fraud, lost items, noise, assault, food‑poisoning, and other guest complaints.
• Interview relevant parties to obtain statements and document incidents.
• Notify managers, supervisors, local police, or other authorities when accidents, attacks, or serious incidents occur.
• Complete detailed incident reports for theft, accidents, hazards, fire alarms, and security‑related events.
• Manage business interruptions, suspicious individuals, civil disturbances, noise complaints, and intoxicated guests.
• Escort unwelcome persons from the property while maintaining operational flow.
• Defuse guest or employee altercations and involve authorities when necessary.
• Follow all company safety, security, and confidentiality policies.

Required profile

• Strong investigative and interview skills with the ability to document findings accurately.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, run, lift up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Capability to work in confined, elevated, or uneven spaces and navigate stairs or ramps.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
